Flatproofing Company Receives Top Marks

The results of the Pathway Polymers customer survey are in and we are delighted to report that our customers are pleased with the outstanding service, products and support Pathway Polymers provides. In fact, in all areas of the survey, the vast majority of customers are extremely satisfied with Pathway Polymers.

Customers were asked to rate Pathway Polymers’ ability to meet their needs and 100% of respondents said they are satisfied or very satisfied. In fact, 69% gave us the highest possible rating.

In the area of overall quality, again we received stellar scores. All respondents are satisfied or very satisfied, with 81% giving us a score of 5 out of 5.

In the area of products, again Pathway Polymers received superior ratings. Eighty-eight percent of our customers feel our product is better or much better than the competition.

Finally, when considering the support we offer after the sale, Pathway Polymers customers are more than satisfied with our support services; 100% of respondents are satisfied and 81% of those are very satisfied.
