TyrFil Weight Estimator

Please use the TyrFil Weight Estimator below each time you fill your customers’ tires. This will provide an estimate of the amount of TyrFil product required to fully flatproof your tires. 

Industrial wheels and rims are not all the same. When calculating a tire size for polyurethane tire fill material, drop center wheels require additional material over standard wheels.

Please note: You may measure the tire and enter the dimensions in inches (Inches), or you may enter the actual tire size displayed on the tire e.g. 265/75/18 (Metric). If you do not have access to the measurements below but you do know the tire size, check the TyrFil Weight Estimation Guide for the correct TyrFil amount. If your tire size cannot be found in the TyrFil Weight Estimation Guide, contact your Region Manager.
